You can sign up for a new account from our homepage or trading page. Please note that without verifying your account, account functionality may be limited. You can deposit funds into your account by transferring funds directly to your Qume Wallet, which can be found in the Wallet section within the Accounts page.
How do I change or update my personal information?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to update KYC / AML personal information.
I forgot my password, how can I reset it?
If you forgot your password, click Forgot Password on our sign-in page and follow the instructions sent to your email.

To verify your account, fill in and submit the required fields in the 'Verify Account' tab within the Accounts page.
How long does it take for me to get verified?
Verification can take up to 48 hours. Once a user begins the KYC, deposits can be made.
